Cancellation & Refund's

At Dance Moksha, we value your commitment and understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Our policy is designed to be fair and flexible for both students and instructors.

1. Class Cancellations by Dance Moksha

• If a class/session is cancelled by Dance Moksha (due to instructor unavailability, technical issues, or other reasons), we will:

  • Offer a rescheduled session at no additional cost, OR

  • Provide a full refund for that session if rescheduling is not possible.

2. Student Cancellations

• Students are encouraged to notify us at least 24 hours before the class if they are unable to attend.

• Missed classes without prior notice will not be eligible for refunds.

• Depending on availability, we may offer a make-up session for classes cancelled with sufficient notice.

3. Refund Process

• Refunds (where applicable) will be processed using the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

• Partial refunds may apply for multi-class packages if unused sessions remain and cancellation is requested in writing.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Registration fees, trial classes, and promotional/discounted packages are non-refundable.
